The profession of auditors/sworn accountants is essentially subject to the following professional regulations, which are published in their current version on the website of the Chamber of Auditors
(www.wpk.de/legislation) Available are: Auditor Code (WPO) Professional Statute for Auditors/Certified Accountants (BS WP/vBP) Quality Control Statute Auditor Professional Liability Insurance Code.

Our legal advice is provided exclusively within the framework of professional regulations. In accordance with Section 5 (1) sentence 1 RDG, we are also entitled to take on legal processing in matters with which we are professionally involved as an auditing and tax consulting company, insofar as this is part of our professional or activity profile.
Berufshaftpflichtversicherung
Auditlab maintains the professional liability insurance required under Section 54 WPO with Zurich Insurance plc, 53287 Bonn.
The geographical scope of insurance coverage is not limited.
