Certified Public Accountant Andreas Voigt founded Auditlab GmbH in 2024, took over Greis & Brosent GmbH in 2015 and merged both to form MGI Auditlab in 2026, bringing together continuity and innovation in one company: personal and trusted client service, international reach through MGI Worldwide, and agile, technology-driven approaches to audit and internal audit.

Andreas Voigt is an experienced auditor, tax advisor, and Certified Public Accountant admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He brings extensive experience from his work at renowned Big Four accounting firms and specializes in advising medium-sized businesses. As a lecturer in international accounting according to IAS/IFRS at Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences, he shares his expertise with the next generation. Andreas is also a member of the ISA Transformation Working Group, where he actively participates in the further development of accounting standards. His expertise and commitment to excellence in auditing and review make him a valued partner for companies seeking to optimize their financial processes and ensure their compliance.
Christian Rohde is a tax advisor with many years of experience in accounting, auditing, and quality assurance. He studied business administration at the Technical University of Berlin and worked for many years as a lecturer at various universities, in particular at FOM University in Düsseldorf, teaching tax law, accounting, and financial reporting. At MGI Auditlab, his focus is on accounting and internal auditing, where he supports clients with his comprehensive expertise and high quality standards.
Abdo Hajji, a Bachelor of Science and Senior Consultant, specializes in the auditing of and advisory services for small and medium-sized enterprises. Drawing on his degree from the University of Duisburg-Essen and extensive practical experience, he plays a key role in successfully supporting and fostering the growth of his clients. His responsibilities include conducting internal audits as well as the detailed analysis and optimization of business processes. He ensures compliance with internal control systems and regulatory requirements and prepares precise reports that assist management in making important decisions.
Kristina Samii-Merkner is a multilingual communications expert with many years of experience in corporate communications and project management. She steers MGI Auditlab's communication activities, organizes international assignments and provides reporting support.
Jan Kortmöller, consultant with a focus on corporate management, combines in-depth knowledge with practical experience. Since completing his master's degree at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, Jan Kortmöller has been committed to supporting the team and contributes his business expertise to the audit processes.
Abdul Wadood Naeem, Chaudhry for short, is a seasoned software developer and project manager with over eight years of experience in backend development, cloud infrastructure, and IT project leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bahauddin Zakariya University and is based in Lahore. Chaudhry is in charge of all of MGI Auditlab’s IT requirements and guides the development of our proprietary software solutions.
